The Hamilton Council on Aging exists to educate and advocate for improved aging experiences for older adults through a collaborative network of individuals and organizations.

Hamilton Age-Friendly Collaborative

The Hamilton Council on Aging (HCoA) is pleased to be working alongside the United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton, the Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton, the City of Hamilton and the Seniors Advisory Committee to City Council to develop a collaborative of leaders who are dedicated to acting as change agents to make Hamilton and its communities more age-friendly. It is early days for this work so please watch this website for updates and opportunities to get involved.
